The event\, cancelled during the Covid pandemic\, is now set to take place\, five years later\, on May 28th and May 31st. \nOn Wednesday\, May 28th at 8 am at Pilgrim Hall Museum\, 75 Court Street\, the Museum Board of Trustees is hosting a ceremonial send off for the cannon\, which has occupied Pilgrim Hall Museum’s lobby for nearly five years. The public is invited to enjoy coffee and pastries and watch as the cannon gets on its way to its original destination on Burial Hill.
