DESCRIPTION:Friends of Church Hill Cemetery 501c3 Created to Preserve Historic Burial Grounds\nNorwell\, MA— 4 September 2025 — A quiet hilltop in Norwell hosts a cemetery pre-dating the\nAmerican Revolution\, and September 27th marks the 300th anniversary of its founding. With the goal of\npreserving this scenic and ancient burial ground for future generations\, the newly-formed 501c3 non-profit\nFriends of the Church Hill Cemetery\, (FCHC) started a fundraising campaign to provide $300\,000.00 in\nperpetual endowment funds for grounds preservation\, gravestone restoration and maintenance. Tax deductible\ncontributions to this charity fund are always gratefully accepted\, and media support is requested to tell the\ncemetery’s Tricentennial story.
