DESCRIPTION:Whether you support a small local farm or grow some of your own food in a backyard or community garden\, you’ll enjoy Eating Locally\, a program at the Pembroke Public Library on Wednesday\, October 16th.  Highlighting the ways consuming food grown close to home improves both personal and environmental health\, and creates a more robust local economy\, this talk presented by  Pembroke Farmers Market President Meghan Watts\, also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach\, will provide tips\, recipes and resources to help keep you  on the green road to good health and long-term sustainability. The event starts at 6pm and is about an hour long.
