What makes a good story? is the compelling question that will launch Write Your Own Story, a fun creative writing workshop led by middle grade author Erin Petti on Tuesday October 1st at 4:30pm at the Plymouth Public Library. Geared for kids grades 4 through 6, workshoppers will explore the process of crafting a story by creating a world populated with heroes and monsters of their own design. This hour-long workshop promises spark inspiration that will go beyond the walls of the Craft Room at the Library! Please register ahead of time through the Plymouth Public Library’s website. And if you want to borrow and take home an example of stellar storytelling, be sure to check out Erin’s books – The Peculiar Haunting of Thelma Bee, and Thelma Bee in Toil and Trouble–both available at the library!
