The Plymouth Family Resource Center has been a beacon of support in the community for four years. The community is invited to join them in celebrating their 4th anniversary at a carnival themed Community Party on Wednesday, July 31st from 12 to 3pm. Everything is completely free, and the invitation is open to everyone! The Plymouth Family Resource Center is at 430-3 Court Street in Plymouth.
