The Duxbury Rural and Historical Society is inviting you to take a stroll back in time! The Historic Duxbury House Tour is a unique opportunity to tour the historic homes and grounds of five private residents, with each house stemming from a distinct era in the history of Duxbury.  A detailed brochure will be given to each attendee with information about the history of these houses and the souls that lived within these homes’ walls. There will also be objects on display from the DRHS collection, adding further nuance to the stories of these historical domiciles. All proceeds gained from this special tour will go towards the restoration, maintenance and improvements of Duxbury Rural and Historical Society properties. This event takes place On Friday September 27th, from 10am to 2pm, Tickets must be acquired in advance and can be purchased at duxburyhistory.org
