On Tuesday November 19th Plymouth Council on Active Living is hosting a Braver Angels debate on Immigration in the US- the resolution to be debated is “Resolved: Immigration is Key to American prosperity and culture.” Participants will share their points of view on this complex and challenging issue, ideally fostering an understanding of the validity of different viewpoints. Through the exchange the hope is to build stronger community relationships and for all who attend to gain a deeper understanding of the topic. Join the debate panel or just come to observe and ask questions. It is free and starts at 5:30pm.
