Save the date for the annual Boo-Tacular at the Pembroke Public Library AND Pembroke Council on Aging! On Thursday October 24th, little GHOULS and GOBLINS are invited to both locations for an all treats and no tricks Halloween event. There will be a variety of fun activities, both candy and non-food treats, and Violet the Clown, who will be painting faces and twisting balloons into SPOOK-tacular shapes. It wouldn’t be a bootacular event without jack-o-lanterns, and they’ll be there on display, carved by community members. The fun runs from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, is free, and open to all youth. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
