Research reveals that most of us will outlive our ability to drive safely by seven to ten years. MassDOT Registry of Motor Vehicles together with the Kingston Council on Aging is offering “Shifting Gears”, a workshop designed for older motorists that covers topics including how age-related changes impact driving, the application process for a Disability Placard and plate, assessment programs, and the warning signs of unsafe driving. The program begins at 10:00 am on October 22nd – register by calling or visiting the senior center website.
